In this workshop, participants are presented with a case study about establishing a shareholders agreement with their team of founders and employees, and how they plan on leaving room for more shareholders in the future. Participants are taught key insights into shareholder agreements, management rights, preemptive rights and equity vesting through the use of innovative, online contract drafting and learning tools.
